Lara’s Fashion Online – Return & Refund Policy
Standard Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items purchased more than 14 days ago cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Refunds are available only on full-price items. Sale or discounted items are eligible for exchange or credit note only.
Please email us prior to returning any item to receive full return instructions.
Return Shipping Requirements

All return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

Returns must be sent using a tracked postal service.

Lara’s Fashion Online is not responsible for return parcels that are lost, delayed, or stolen during transit.

Please keep your tracking number until your return has been fully processed.
Returns sent back without tracking are returned at the customer’s own risk.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

Be in the same condition you received them
-
Include all original labels, tags, and inner garment packaging

Be free from makeup, tan, deodorant marks, stains, or odours
Light-Coloured Garments
Light-coloured items mark easily. Please take extra care when trying them on.
We cannot accept returns of light-coloured garments that show any marks, stains, or signs of wear.
Inspection & Approval Process
Once your return arrives, it will be:

Inspected in full

Approved or disapproved
You will be notified by email of the outcome.
If Approved
Your refund, exchange, or credit note will be processed according to the product type. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Please allow 5–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
If Disapproved
If an item does not meet our return standards (worn, damaged, washed, marked, missing packaging/tags), it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
You may request to have the item returned to you, and the cost of re-shipping will be your responsibility.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on the following:

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards

Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage

Items returned outside the 14-day return window
Returns arriving outside the 15-day period (including delivery time) will not be accepted.
Courier Liability
Once your order has been shipped by Lara’s Fashion Online and handed over to the courier, the parcel becomes the responsibility of the courier.
We are not liable for:

Delayed deliveries

Lost parcels
-
Stolen parcels

Damaged or tampered parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears tampered with, this must be reported to the courier immediately upon delivery.
How to Return or Exchange
Returns

Ensure your item meets all conditions listed above.

Package your item safely and include your invoice inside the parcel.

Original Lara’s Fashion packaging does not need to be returned, but inner garment packaging must be included.
Exchanges
Please email us with the style and size you wish to exchange for.
Once your return is inspected and approved, we will process the exchange, subject to availability.
UK Returns (Post-Brexit)
Due to Brexit regulations, all items returned from the UK may have DUTY/VAT charges applied upon re-entry into Ireland. These charges must be paid by the sender and are non-refundable.
To avoid excessive charges, ensure:

The declared value is approximately £10

The parcel is marked clearly as:
"Returned goods – not wanted"
If duties/taxes are not paid, your return will not reach us.
Duties & Taxes
Any import duties or customs charges applied when parcels arrive in the destination country must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the cost.
For returns, please ensure duties/taxes are fully paid; otherwise, the parcel will be held or returned to the sender.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card for you to arrange redelivery or collection.
